Advisory Board Members:

Do you have a passion for life long learning?

Advisory Board Members provide guidance and support in identifying the unmet learning needs of the community and setting the learning and program priorities for RVSAL.

Volunteer Tutors:

Thank you for your interest in our volunteer tutoring program. We are currently accepting volunteer applications.

Are you looking for an opportunity to help adult learners in a one-to-one setting?

Volunteer Tutors provide ongoing instructional support and encouragement to adult learners wanting to improve their literacy, numeracy and/or English language skills.

Once the google form is submitted, please email a copy of your resume and references to adultlearning@rockyview.ab.ca. Please indicate in your email that you are applying to become a volunteer tutor.

Our Volunteer Tutoring program runs from September to June. All Volunteer Tutors are required to submit a Police Check and attend a Tutor Training workshop.  (approx 3 hours). Volunteer training happens every September and again in late January (if necessary).
